These instructions are provided under the proviso that you have already been in contact with the Executive Director of Choral Consortium of San Diego and have provided any necessary information and logo image files.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE:

  1. A minimum of one person to be the choral ensemble’s designated representative.  A contact email and phone number is required. We recommend 3 contacts for each ensemble. However, only a single contact is required for membership.
  2. $50 membership dues payment.

TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP:

  1. Navigate to our Classified Ad placement form located at http://www.sdsings.org/member-choirs/join-ccsd/join-ccsd-choral-ensemble/
  2. Provide all contact and choral ensemble information in form’s data fields
  3. The form will ask you to prove you are human by answering a simple Captcha
  4. Click the “Submit” button
