Cappella Gloriana – An American Songbook

Family-friendly concert includes selections by American composers William Billings, Eric Whitacre, Rosephanye Powell, Joy Trumbore, Sarah Rimkus, William BJ Robinson, and others. From Southern Hymnody selections and African-American Spirituals to settings of Langston Hughes and Walt Whitman, the program spans a broad selection of American choral music. Joining will be the choirs of Christ United Presbyterian Church, San Diego, and St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Encinitas.
