Ryan Beard is currently Instrumental Music Editor at the Neil A. Kjos Music Company in San Diego. Prior to his current position, he led the copyrights and licensing department. Active as a performer and conductor, Ryan is principal French horn with the La Jolla Symphony, as well as its librarian. He has performed with Orchestra Nova, San Diego Symphony, San Diego Opera, and Classics Philharmonia.
Intellectual Property Attorney and Trumpeter
Kenneth M. Fitzgerald is an experienced trial lawyer, practicing business litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial cases and intellectual property disputes. Among other cases, he has successfully prosecuted and defended copyright and trademark cases for multiple clients. A former full-time professional musician, he has performed with the San Diego Symphony, San Diego Opera, San Diego Chamber Orchestra, Houston Symphony, and the Festival Guadalquivir Orchestra in Tarija, Bolivia. He is currently the principal trumpet of the La Jolla Symphony Orchestra.
Artistic Director, Coach, and Virtual Choir Producer
Kathleen Hansen directs the Sun Harbor Chorus, San Diego Chorus of Sweet Adelines International and San Diego Women’s Chorus. She has a Bachelor’s of Music degree specializing in music education and trumpet, a single subject teaching credential, and a Master of Music degree specializing in conducting. She was recently appointed as International Faculty for Sweet Adelines, International. An experienced virtual choir producer, she provides audio and video editing services.
