Encore Vocal Ensemble celebrates and showcases our love for music from the Stage & Screen with the artistry of choral ensemble singing. Leading us will be Tim McKnight, Encore’s longtime Artistic Director and a beloved leader in San Diego’s music community. A professional musician and educator, Tim holds degrees in Music Education and Vocal Coaching from the University of Illinois and brings decades of experience as a conductor, accompanist, and vocal coach. He currently serves as Director of Music at Chalice UU Congregation, works with the San Diego Women’s Chorus, and has received three National Youth Arts Awards for Outstanding Music Direction. Under Tim’s dynamic leadership, this One-Day Choir promises to be a musically rich and uplifting experience you won’t want to miss!
