First Presbyterian Church Westminster Choir – Bolero And Beyond

Join us for Bolero and Beyond, a dynamic afternoon of orchestral color and rhythm presented by the Westminster Orchestra, Mass choir and featured soloists. The program will weave music of European elegance and the lively spirit of Latin American dance into one afternoon of music. Highlights include Tchaikovsky’s regal Polonaise from Eugene Onegin, the noble third movement of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 21, and Ravel’s mesmerizing Bolero and continuing with the vibrant rhythms of Márquez’s Danzón No. 2. The Westminster Choir will sing “Hallelujah” from Beethoven’s oratorio and a piece from “The Lord of the Rings”.
