G.F. Handel’s choral masterwork Messiah (Part 2: Passion) will be performed by the St. Bartholomew’s Community Choir on March 24, 4:00 p.m. (Palm Sunday). The second part of Messiah tells the story of Christ’s Passion and Crucifixion through beautiful movements by choir, soloists, and orchestra, and the concert will also be supplemented by stirring orchestral music by the Greater San Diego Music Coterie.
Tickets for the performance are on sale at stbartsmusic.org at a cost of $25 ($10 for students).
