Accompanist – Tremble Clefs

Tremble Clefs San Diego is seeking an accompanist for two hours one a week. Tremble Clefs San Diego is a therapeutic singing program for people living with Parkinson’s disease. We are a small nonprofit organization which supports 3 choruses in San Diego County open to all people with Parkinson’s and their care partners. This includes approximately 75 singers. Each chorus rehearses weekly and we perform throughout the county. Our mission is to engage the Parkinson’s community in voice therapy and mutual social support through singing, performance and the power of making music together. The current opening is to accompany the Central San Diego chorus rehearsals on Thursdays from approximately 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. near I-8 and I-15. Time can be slightly flexible. A fourth location in south county is under consideration. Accompanying for performances is on an as needed/pre-arranged basis. Experience or an interest in Music Therapy is an advantage.
