Expert Overview

Since 1985, San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus's mission is to "create a positive musical experience through exciting performances which engage our audiences, build community support and provide a dynamic force for social change." The Chorus is a world-famous organization having performed at prestigious venues from New York’s Lincoln Center to the center field of San Diego’s Petco Park. It is one of the 10 largest gay men’s choruses in the country. The Chorus now has more than 200 performers on its roster, led by Artistic Director RC Haus. The chorus offices in the Hillcrest neighborhood at University Christian Church and its performance home is the famous Balboa Theatre.
