About Us

Trans Chorus of San Diego is a space for trans, nonbinary, intersex, and gender-expansive people to come together and express their authentic selves through music. We celebrate the diverse experiences of our members and the larger community, with a musical focus on marginalized creators. We welcome those who have often been excluded from more traditional music ensembles, and we strive to create a sense of belonging while honoring all of our members’ intersectional identities.

If you are part of this community and interested in joining, we welcome singers of all experience levels who share our passion for uplifting marginalized voices.
