The Great American Songbook - Peninsula Singers
For America's 250th Birthday, Peninsula Singers are singing the Great American Songbook! This includes patriotic classics, jazz standards, and beloved songs from musicals.
Wholehearted Season begins! - Wholehearted Chorus
All ages, genders, levels of experience to join San Diego's largest community chorus with no audition. Season runs through October 11. All songs learned by ear with the support of lyric sheets and practice tracks. All welcome to come check it out on opening night.

Musica Vitale closes the Anniversary Season with the birthday bash, celebrating 20 years of music making, friendships and collaborations!
On stage: Musica Vitale, Octet Vox Humana, founded by John Yokoyama and the Ghukasyan String Orchestra founded and directed by Nonna Alahverdova.
The program consists of choral and Instrumental compositions by Schnittke, Briggs, Thomspon, Tchaikovsky, Khachaturyan, Poulenc, Yokoyama and others.

Bach Collegium San Diego - Far Beyond the Skies
The bringing together of two venerable traditions–on the one hand, two extraordinary works from the German Lutheran tradition which meditate on the release of death and the joys that await, and on the other hand, music of comfort from the Gospel tradition and where and how these two worlds intersect. Juxtaposed with the fuller forces of the Bach and Telemann, the incomparable countertenor d’amore Reginald Mobley will perform favorites from the spiritual canon on themes of peace and comfort.

Women’s chamber chorus, Sorelle San Diego, will present Heartstrings, a spring concert on Sunday, May 3 at 2:30 p.m. in Encinitas. Directed by Michelle Risling and accompanied by Anna Juliar, Sorelle will perform compelling choral works that examine the idea of the sacred and secular elements that commingle with every human soul. Concert repertoire will address spirit, music, technology, nature, community and more.
La Jolla Symphony and Chorus - The Heavenly Life
The San Diego Youth Symphony joins forces with the La Jolla Symphony in a work by the brilliant composer and cellist Andrea Casarrubios, who was first introduced to La Jolla audiences in the 2023-2024 season. The haunting beauty of Osvaldo Golijov’s Night of the Flying Horses is paired with the great symphonist Gustav Mahler’s Symphony no. 4, which takes the listener on a journey through a child’s vision of paradise.
