One of San Diego's largest community choirs with over 100 members Peninsula Singers invites singers of all levels and ages to sing popular music across many genres.

Point Loma Nazarene University has an active choral program centered around two touring choirs for students--the Point Loma Singers and the Concert Choir--as well as the Choral Union. This large ensemble combines students with scores of community members to present major choral masterworks with orchestral accompaniment each semester in PLNU's Brown Chapel and Crill Performance Hall. Community members are welcome to join without audition.

A group of people singing together, united by their love of music, will inevitably create a strong sense of community by joining together to more completely understand and perform great choral literature. We invite you to participate in a choral music experience in which we can share and work toward a common goal, that being performance of the highest possible quality in an atmosphere that is positive, professional, and fun!

The PQ Community Choir brings music to local communities at low or no cost. Founded in April of 2024.

Ramona Community Singers is made up of volunteer members who love group singing.  Our mission is to enrich and inspire lives – in our choir and in our community – one song at a time!  Ability to read music is not a requirement and there are no auditions.  Rehearsals are fun and educational and provide a place to recharge one’s batteries.  Our eclectic repertoire includes pop songs, show tunes, folk and world music and is both serious and humorous!  We perform throughout the year for community events, local organizations, retirement homes, and hospitals.  We meet at 7 pm on Tuesdays at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, 1735 Main Street in Ramona.

RB Community boosts a vibrant Worship, Music, and the Arts ministry with over 100 volunteers who participate in worship and special events. There are opportunities for every age, interest, and experience level.

SACRA/PROFANA redefines choral music by combining technical mastery with a dedication to diversity and inclusion in choral repertoire, and an eye toward social justice. The ensemble is acclaimed for its musical diversity; merging pop, classical, and contemporary music with its commitment to amplify the artistic voices of women and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, alongside traditional works.

Every good thing in life can be felt and expressed through music, and now we invite you to experience and minister music yourself!  San Carlos United Methodist Church is committed to offering quality, versatile, and meaningfulmusical programming to both our listeners and performers. Each ensemble offers an opportunity to grow both in faith and musicianship as well as a chance to minister to the community.  Members of this ministry work closely with the SCUMC Music Ministries staff, represented by experts in a variety of fields including vocal pedagogy, piano performance, and audio/visual. Music itself is a versatile art form, and we are always looking for new ideas and forming new ensembles as we continue to spread the Gospel.

The San Diego Children's Choir has been serving youth in San Diego since 1990. What started with 40 choristers in two choir levels has grown to over 2,000 students through three branches of programming: Early Years (ages 1-6), Outreach (in-school programming at underserved Elementary schools), and Ensemble (after-school performance based program with 6 choir levels).

The San Diego Chinese Choral Society (華聖合唱團) is San Diego's most long-established Chinese choir, and we always welcome new members -- Chinese language proficiency not required!

The San Diego Chinese Christian Chorale (SDCC)  was first established in May, 2008. It is consisting of music advocates with Chinese Christian background. The choir’s mission is to outreach the audience with a wonderful message of God’s love and grace.  The establishment of SDCC was based solely on faith.  God has promised to provide when we believe in HIM and His provision has continuously guided the SDCC.  First president is Mr. Paul Yang.  Current president is Dr. Tienteh Chen since 2011.

Jim Tompkins-MacLaine has been selected from a national panel to conduct a choir in the summer of 2027 singing at Carnegie Hall in New York City! He is putting together local people to travel with him to perform in this National Choir to honor  Moses Hogan and Albert McNeil. 

The San Diego Chorus is an award-winning chapter of SingUnited International, dedicated to advancing musical excellence through award-winning four-part a cappella harmony in the barbershop style. Recently celebrating 75 years of harmony, the chorus is a volunteer-led, membership-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to education, artistry, and building community through exceptional vocal performance.

The Chorus has been performing choral classics and masterworks as well as popular contemporary music since 2001.

Since 1985, San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus's mission is to "create a positive musical experience through exciting performances which engage our audiences, build community support and provide a dynamic force for social change." The Chorus is a world-famous organization having performed at prestigious venues from New York’s Lincoln Center to the center field of San Diego’s Petco Park.

The San Diego Jewish Men's Choir performs Jewish choral music in a variety of styles and languages including Hebrew, Yiddish, Ladino, English and more.

Recognized for its inspiring and exhilarating performances since 1961, the San Diego Master Chorale is one of Southern California’s premier choral ensembles.

Our mission is to provide an excellent choral music education that enriches lives and fosters global understanding by offering exciting performances of songs from diverse cultures of the world.

The San Diego Saints Choir is an auditioned adult community choir dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus Christ through inspiring, artistically excellent musical experiences. Founded in 2020, the choir brings together singers from throughout the San Diego region and performs a diverse repertoire of sacred, classical, contemporary, and culturally significant choral music. Through performance and community collaboration, SDSC seeks to uplift hearts, build meaningful relationships, and foster greater unity.
