Cuyamaca College Choir
Here at Cuyamaca College Choir, we celebrate the diversity of our members; no matter your age or background, community and meaningful music-making awaits you!
First Presbyterian Church of San Diego Westminster Choir
The FPC Music Department is dedicated to creating the musical tapestry of our worship services. The FPC Music Ministry teams and ensembles are a multi-genre organization that spans over generations and styles. With choir, orchestra, organ, jazz trio, bluegrass band, and modern worship team, we are committed to lifting up the name of Jesus Christ and proclaiming his Lordship through song.
First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Diego
At First UU San Diego, we know music to be a transmitter of culture and tradition, a way of knowing, a way of expressing, and a way of connecting both with others and with the deeper realities of our own lives. Music teaches us, inspires us, challenges us, and transforms our realities.
House of Germany Choir
We are about 30 singers from all walks of life. Some were born in Germany while others want to practice their language skills. We enjoy singing German music from across the centuries and learning something new every week. We love to connect and have fun together: there is a monthly potluck at the last rehearsal each month. We are part of the International Cottages in Balboa Park and perform at multiple public and private events throughout the year.
La Jolla Presbyterian Church
We believe that the arts are a bridge between heaven and earth. We also believe that the arts are a bridge between our community and our church. Very few churches in the world are blessed to have the breadth and depth in arts and worship experiences that La Jolla Presbyterian Church does. Music opens doors, transforming hearts and lives. Visual Art drenches our senses with beauty and meaning.
MiraCosta College Chamber Choir
The MiraCosta Chamber Choir performs traditional choral styles with on- and off-campus performances and concert tours
Mission Hills United Church of Christ Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir leads us in worship through sacred music, echoing the psalmist’s call to ‘make a joyful noise to the Lord’ (Psalm 100:1). With hearts lifted in song—from Sunday mornings to a recent performance at Carnegie Hall with DCINY—our choir members offer their voices as a living prayer, enriching our shared experience of faith.
North County Melody Makers
Our mission is to enrich, educate and entertain the community by providing opportunities to individuals who enjoy singing in an adult group setting.
RB Community Presbyterian Church
RB Community boosts a vibrant Worship, Music, and the Arts ministry with over 100 volunteers who participate in worship and special events. There are opportunities for every age, interest, and experience level.
San Carlos United Methodist Church
Music is God’s gift of love to His people, and to perform is to share that love with others. Every good thing in life can be felt and expressed through music, and now we invite you to experience and minister music yourself! San Carlos United Methodist Church is committed to offering quality, versatile, and meaningfulmusical programming to both our listeners and performers. Each ensemble offers an opportunity to grow both in faith and musicianship as well as a chance to minister to the community. Members of this ministry work closely with the SCUMC Music Ministries staff, represented by experts in a variety of fields including vocal pedagogy, piano performance, and audio/visual. Music itself is a versatile art form, and we are always looking for new ideas and forming new ensembles as we continue to spread the Gospel.
San Diego Children's Choir
The San Diego Children's Choir has been serving youth in San Diego since 1990. What started with 40 choristers in two choir levels has grown to over 2,000 students through three branches of programming: Early Years (ages 1-6), Outreach (in-school programming at underserved Elementary schools), and Ensemble (after-school performance based program with 6 choir levels).
San Diego Chinese Choral Society
The San Diego Chinese Choral Society (華聖合唱團) is San Diego's most long-established Chinese choir, and we always welcome new members -- Chinese language proficiency not required!
San Diego Saints Choir
The San Diego Saints Choir is an auditioned ensemble comprised of musicians from San Diego and surrounding areas who share a love for singing and for Jesus Christ. Founded in 2020, the choir strives for choral excellence in singing a varied repertoire of sacred and secular works in both concert and worship settings throughout the region. The choir highly values collaborative opportunities that inspire unity and goodwill. Singers of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome to audition. You do not need to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to be in the choir.
